In order to expand and engage more students in robotics, our high school FTC robotics team, the Brookline Bot Boizz, put together an advisory board with a variety of expertise including the k-8 science department chair, the heads of the high school science, math, and career and tech-ed department, plus a computer science teacher. We also have 2 mentors from the industry, 2 parent coaches, and the head of the Brookline Teen Center (BTC). We meet with our advisory board every 1 - 2 months to share what we're working on and get their thoughts on our various projects.
